Monthly Review - May 2021

 

In this blog post I will go through the dividends I collected in May of 2021.

Dividends received:

In May of 2021 I collected dividends from ten companies. The total amount received in net dividends was 73,90€.

List of the companies that paid me dividends in April 2021:

• Sampo Oyj
• General Mills, Inc.
• Tanger Factory Outlet Centers
• AT&T Inc.
• General Dynamics Corporation
• Lowe's Companies, Inc.
• Caterpillar, Inc.
• Antero Midstream Corporation
• Realty Income Corporation
• QDVD ETF

Last year in 2020 I collected 34,05€ in May from ten companies.

Year on year growth in net dividends for May was 117,04%.

The reason for the YOY increase is mostly because Sampo Oyj paid its dividend in May. I have also added to my existing positions and dividend increases.

Monthly Review - April 2021

In this blog post I will go through the dividends I collected in April of 2021.

Dividends received:

In April of 2021 I collected dividends from eleven companies. The total amount received in net dividends was 469,27€. This was an all time record month for my portfolio.

List of the companies that paid me dividends in April 2021:

• Nokian Tyres Oyj
• Pihlajalinna Oyj
• Taaleri Oyj
• Skanska AB
• Altria Group, Inc
• Iron Mountain Incorporated
• Genuine Parts Company
• Automatic Data Processing
• Realty Income Corporation

Last year in 2020 I collected 13,55€ in April from five companies.

Year on year growth in net dividends for April was 3364,27%.

The reason for the YOY increase is mostly because Skanska AB paid it's dividend from the previous year also. I have also added to my existing positions and dividend increases.
