Monthly Review - March 2021

 

In this blog post I will go through the dividends I collected in March of 2021.

Dividends received:

In March of 2021 I collected dividends from ten companies. The total amount received in net dividends was 75,06€.

List of the companies that paid me dividends in March 2021:

• CapMan Oyj
• 3M Company
• Walgreens Boots Alliance, Inc.
• T. Rowe Price Group Inc.
• United Parcel Service, Inc.
• Johnson & Johnson
• Archer-Daniels-Midland Company
• Emerson Electric Co.
• Stanley Black & Decker, Inc.
• Realty Income Corporation

Last year in 2020 I collected 104,31€ in March from seven companies.

Year on year decline in net dividends for March was -28,05%.

The reason for the YOY decrease is mostly because CapMan Oyj will pay it's dividend semi-annually in 2021. I have opened new position in Realty Income Corporation and added to me existing positions and dividend increases.

In this blog post I will go through the dividends I collected in February of 2021.

Dividends received:

In February of 2021 I collected dividends from nine companies. The total amount received in net dividends was 29,85€.

List of the companies that paid me dividends in February 2021:

• Nordea Oyj
• General Mills, Inc.
• AT&T Inc.
• General Dynamics Corporation
• Lowe's Companies, Inc.
• Realty Income Corporation
• Caterpillar Inc.
• Antero Midstream Corporation
• Tanger Factory Outlet Centers

Last year in 2020 I collected 21,41€ in February from seven companies.

Year on year growth in net dividends for February was 39,74%.

The reason for the YOY increase is mostly because I have opened new position in Realty Income Corporation and added to me existing positions and dividend increases.

In this blog post I will go through the dividends I collected in January of 2021.

Dividends received:

In January of 2021 I collected dividends from five companies. The total amount received in net dividends was 15,44€.

List of the companies that paid me dividends in January 2021:

• Altria Group, Inc.
• Iron Mountain Incorporated 
• Genuine Parts Company
• Automatic Data Processing
• Realty Income Corporation

Last year in 2020 I collected 9,70€ in January from three companies.

Year on year growth in net dividends for January was 59,16%.

The reason for the YOY increase is mostly because I have opened new position in Realty Income Corporation and Automatic Data Processing, added to me existing positions and dividend increases.
