In this blog post I will go through the dividends I collected in January of 2021.

Dividends received:

In January of 2021 I collected dividends from five companies. The total amount received in net dividends was 15,44€.

List of the companies that paid me dividends in January 2021:

• Iron Mountain Incorporated 
• Genuine Parts Company
• Automatic Data Processing
• Realty Income Corporation

Last year in 2020 I collected 9,70€ in January from three companies.

Year on year growth in net dividends for January was 59,16%.

The reason for the YOY increase is mostly because I have opened new position in Realty Income Corporation and Automatic Data Processing, added to me existing positions and dividend increases.

Monthly Review - December 2020

In this blog post I will go through the dividends I collected in December of 2020.

Dividends received:

In December of 2020 I collected dividends from nine companies. The total amount received in net dividends was 32,20€.

Last year in 2019 I collected 28,07€ in December from six companies (3M Company, Walgreens Boots Alliance, T. Rowe Price Group Inc., United Parcel Service, Inc., Johnson & Johnson and Archer-Daniels-Midland)

Year on year growth in net dividends for December was 14,71%.

The reason for the YOY increase is mostly because I have opened new position in Realty Income Corporation, Emerson Electric Co., Stanley Black & Decker, Inc. and dividend increases.

In this blog post I will go through the dividends I collected in November of 2020.

Dividends received:

In November of 2020 I collected dividends from ten companies. The total amount received in net dividends was 205,36€.

Last year in 2019 I collected 24,10€ in November from eight companies (General Mills, Inc., Tanger Factory Outlet Centers, Inc., AT&T, Inc., General Dynamics Corporation, Lowe's Corporation, Inc., Caterpillar Inc., Antero Midstream Corporation and QDVD ETF)

Year on year growth in net dividends for November was 752,07%.

The reason for the YOY increase is mostly because I have opened new position in Realty Income Corporation, dividend increases and Skanska paid its dividend in November this year.

The reason for the YOY increase is mostly because I have opened new position in Realty Income Corporation and dividend increases.

In September of 2020 I collected dividends from ten companies. The total amount received in net dividends was 43,03€.

Last year in 2019 I collected 28,06€ in September from six companies (3M Company, Walgreens Boots Alliance, Inc., T. Rowe Price Group, Inc., United Parcel Service, Inc., Johnson & Johnson and Archer-Daniels-Midland Company)

Year on year growth in net dividends for September was 53,34%.

The reason for the YOY increase is mostly because I have opened new positions in Emerson Electric, Stanley Black & Decker, Inc., Realty Income Corporation and dividend increases. Also Huhtamaki Oyj paid their dividends 2019 in April.

In August of 2020 I collected dividends from seven companies. The total amount received in net dividends was 21,59€.

Last year I collected 17,73 in August from five companies (General Mills, Tanger Factory Outlet Centers, Inc, AT&T Inc, General Dynamics Corporation and Lowe's Companies Inc.)

Year on year growth in net dividends for August was 21,74%.

The reason for the YOY increase is mostly because I have opened new positions in CAT and Antero Midstream and dividend increases.

In this blog post I will go through the dividends I collected in July of 2020.

I will also go through changes in my portfolio.

Dividends received:

In July of 2020 I collected dividends from five companies. The total amount received in net dividends was 14,91€.

Last year I collected 4,96€ in July from two companies (Altria Group, Inc and Iron Mountain Incorporated)

Year on year growth in net dividends for July was 200,48%.

The reason for the YOY increase is mostly because I have opened new positions in GPC, Realty Income and ADP. I have also added to my MO position. MO, IRM and GPC have also raised their dividend.
